English Tutor(Gr. 3 – 8) – Brampton West – Position starts September 5, 2023

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, energetic English Teacher(Gr. 3 – 8). Successful candidate must:

• have experience in working with ESL children
• be positive and eager to learn
• foster excellence in education
• work well independently
• have strong English oral and written communication skills
• be organized and able to multi-task
• focus on the child’s learning and focus on building the reading capability as well as work towards improving writing, grammar and work towards vocabulary enrichment.
• have full knowledge of the Ontario Curriculum
• possess a current criminal record check
• available to work in the evenings on weekdays between 4p.m – 8 p.m. and Saturday mornings between 10 – 12 p.m at Brampton West location.

B.Ed. preferred. BA graduates with relevant experience may also apply.

High School Part-time Chemistry Tutor – Brampton West   – ongoing interviews

We are looking for a committed, reliable and enthusiastic teacher who enjoys working with students in Grades 11-12. Our Program offers support to students in a 2:1 student –teacher ratio. The objective would be to improve students’ academic skills and study habits. A great candidate for this position will possess the following skills:

• Extensive knowledge of the current Grades 11-12  Chemistry.
• Strong English language oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Experience in teaching or tutoring
• Ability to commit for an entire High School semester until January end.

Interested candidates must be available on all or a few weekday evenings between 4-8pm or/and between 10 – 12p.m on Saturday mornings.
